Mental Health Care

Mental health services at LifeSync Health are provided by a highly trained psychiatric nurse practitioner and focus on evidence-based psychiatric care. This may include medication management and targeted therapy skills when appropriate. Most appointments are offered via secure telehealth, allowing for flexibility and accessibility. Mental health services are available in multiple states and are typically billed through insurance, including many commercial plans and select Medicaid options.

Functional Medicine Care

Functional medicine services focus on identifying and addressing underlying contributors to complex or chronic health concerns. This approach may include in-depth history review, laboratory testing, nutrition and supplement guidance, and personalized care planning. Functional medicine visits are offered as private-pay services, allowing for longer appointments and a more comprehensive, root-cause approach. Care is primarily delivered through telehealth, with in-person visits available when appropriate.

Ongoing Support

At LifeSync Health, we view ourselves as part of your care team. Between appointments, secure messaging through CharmHealth, as well as phone or text communication when appropriate, allows for questions, updates, and continued support. Our goal is to provide care that feels accessible, coordinated, and supportive—no matter which path you choose.
