How Care and Payment Work
Alcohol Support is a monthly subscription designed to give you consistent, personalized support without the complexity of traditional healthcare billing. For $169 per month, your plan includes time with a licensed provider, access to a Success Coach, medication management, and the cost of prescribed baclofen when appropriate. Care begins with an optional meet and greet, followed by a comprehensive 30-minute intake, and continues with flexible check-ins and coaching based on your needs.

Why LifeSync Health
A medical approach designed to bring your life back into balance.
At LifeSync Health, we take a different approach—one that goes beyond willpower alone.
We use evidence-based medications, including baclofen and naltrexone, to help reduce cravings and support lasting change. These medications work by targeting the brain pathways involved in alcohol use, helping to decrease the urge to drink and making it easier to feel in control.
Baclofen is commonly used in this program and works by calming the nervous system and reducing the reinforcing effects of alcohol. Over time, many people notice fewer cravings and less preoccupation with drinking.
Naltrexone is another option that may be used when appropriate. It works differently—by blocking the pleasurable effects of alcohol—helping to reduce the desire to continue drinking.
Medication is always prescribed thoughtfully and tailored to your individual needs. Not everyone requires medication, and your treatment plan will be personalized based on your goals, health history, and preferences.
Support That Goes Beyond Medication.
While medication can be a powerful tool, it’s only one part of the process.
You’ll also receive:
-
Ongoing guidance from a licensed provider
-
Support from a Success Coach
-
A personalized plan that evolves with you over time
This combination of medical care and supportive guidance helps create a more sustainable, realistic path forward—without pressure to follow an all-or-nothing approach.

Meet Elizabeth 'Liz' Kirt,
MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
I’m Elizabeth “Liz” Kirt, a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a passion for helping individuals restore balance through thoughtful, integrative medical care. My healthcare journey began as a Registered Nurse and advanced through my Family Nurse Practitioner education at the University of Colorado, where I developed a strong foundation in comprehensive, patient-centered medicine.
Through years of work in integrative and functional medicine, I’ve seen firsthand how closely physical health, emotional well-being, and underlying physiology are connected. This clinical experience ultimately led me to pursue advanced psychiatric training at Johns Hopkins University, further strengthening my ability to approach care with a deeper understanding of the relationship between mental and physical health.
Over the course of my career, I have prescribed baclofen more than 10,000 times to support individuals in reducing their alcohol intake. This experience has shaped a practical, evidence-based approach to care that focuses on helping patients feel more in control in a way that is realistic and sustainable. I am also the author of The Patient’s Guide to Baclofen for Alcohol Reduction, available on Amazon, which was written to help patients better understand this treatment option and feel more confident in their care.
At LifeSync Health, care is rooted in a comprehensive, whole-person approach. By taking the time to understand each individual’s history, patterns, and goals, treatment is thoughtfully designed to address underlying contributors while supporting meaningful, lasting progress toward better health.
